These terms apply when you use highestleague.com or buy anything from Highest League. Please read them before you buy. If anything isn't clear, email [email protected] and I'll explain.
1. Who I am
Highest League is run by Tess Bremner, a sole trader based in London, United Kingdom ("I", "me", "Highest League"). When these terms say "you", they mean the person using the website or buying from me.

2. What I offer
Private 1:1 coaching: The Ascent (3 or 6 months) and The Love Life Audit (a one-off 90-minute call).
Self-led courses and resources: such as DETACH, Your High End Standards and other digital products.
Free content: the Relationship Archetype Quiz, emails, videos, podcasts and social media.
My services are for adults aged 18 and over.
3. Coaching is not therapy
I'm a love and mindset coach and NLP Master Practitioner. I'm not a doctor, therapist, counsellor or psychologist, and coaching is not a replacement for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. If you're dealing with a mental health condition, trauma, abuse or a crisis, please speak to your GP or a qualified professional. In an emergency, call 999.
Coaching works best alongside your own commitment. I can't promise a particular outcome, such as meeting a partner or a relationship lasting, because your results depend on you, the actions you take and things outside both of our control. You're responsible for the decisions you make during and after our work together.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Payments are taken securely through HeyClients and Stripe. I never see or store your full card details.
Your purchase is confirmed when payment goes through and you receive a confirmation email. If a price on the website is clearly wrong, I'll let you know before your order goes ahead and you can choose whether to continue.
5. The Ascent (1:1 coaching)
The Ascent is covered by a separate coaching agreement, which you sign after paying your deposit and before we start. If anything in that agreement is different from these terms, the agreement applies.
In summary:
- Your deposit is your first payment, not an extra charge.
- If you pay in full, the remaining balance is due before your first call.
- If you choose a monthly plan, payments are taken automatically each month until the full programme fee has been paid.
- You have 14 days from signing your agreement to cancel for a full refund.
- After those 14 days there are no refunds, and the full programme fee is owed, including any remaining monthly payments, even if you stop attending.
- Pay-in-full bonuses are only available when the programme is paid in full.
6. The Love Life Audit
The Love Life Audit is paid for when you book. You can reschedule once, free of charge, if you give me at least 48 hours' notice by email. If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice or don't attend, the session is treated as used and isn't refunded.
If I need to reschedule, I'll offer you a new time or a full refund.
7. Courses and digital products
When you buy a course or digital product, you get access straight away. Under UK consumer law you usually have 14 days to change your mind about an online purchase, but this right ends once you start accessing digital content. By buying, you ask for immediate access and agree that you lose the right to cancel once access is given.
If something doesn't work, or isn't what was described, email me and I'll fix it, replace it or refund you. This doesn't affect your legal rights.
8. Your account and access
Your login to the client portal and courses is for you only. Please don't share it with anyone else. I can pause or remove access if a login is shared, if a payment fails and isn't sorted out, or if these terms are broken.
Access to courses and resources lasts for as long as the product page says. I may update, improve or retire content over time. If I ever stop offering a course you've bought, I'll give you reasonable notice so you can save anything you'd like to keep.
9. My content
Everything I create, including courses, worksheets, videos, recordings, emails, quizzes and this website, belongs to me. You're welcome to use it for your own personal growth. Please don't copy, share, resell, teach or publish it, or use it to create your own products, without my written permission.
10. Confidentiality
What you share with me in coaching stays between us. I only share it if the law requires me to, or if I believe you or someone else is at serious risk of harm. Please keep other people's information that comes up in group spaces or shared content private too.
I only ever share client messages or testimonials with your permission, and without your name.
11. The website and free content
My website, emails, quiz results, videos and social media are for general information and inspiration. They're not personal advice for your situation. The quiz is a fun, reflective tool and not a psychological assessment.
I try to keep everything accurate and the website running smoothly, but I can't promise it will always be available or free from errors. The website links to other sites, such as podcasts and social media, which I'm not responsible for.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits my liability where the law doesn't allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Otherwise, I'm not responsible for losses that weren't a foreseeable result of me breaking these terms, or for business losses. My total liability to you for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.
13. Your privacy
How I collect and use your personal information is explained in my privacy policy.
14. Changes to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to you is the one on this page when you made your purchase. The latest version will always be here, with the date it was last updated at the top.
15. Complaints
If you're unhappy with anything, please email [email protected]. I'll reply within five working days and do my best to put it right.
16. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
