I spent four years in a relationship that made me miserable, terrified to leave in case I ended up alone forever. As the eldest daughter of divorced parents, I'd always been the glue, and I'd carried that straight into love. Emotionally unavailable men, or men I thought I could fix.
When I finally left, I changed EVERYTHING. New house, new job, two stone lighter. But changing my circumstances hadn't changed the beliefs I was carrying into them.
Working on those beliefs changed everything. Today I'm with Chaz, being myself and enjoying being loved without worrying about losing it. And it's exactly why I created Highest League.
